    Your BitMart account
    is blocked?

BitMart's own agreement says it can restrict an account for any reason at its sole discretion, with no obligation to explain. What it does enumerate is the list of checks a withdrawal under review goes through — and that list is where a case is actually made.

    Account restricted

Access to some services has been suspended.

    What it means

BitMart's agreement states it is under no obligation to disclose the details of a decision to suspend, restrict or terminate an account.

    What BitMart requires

A case built on your own records rather than on an explanation you will not receive.

    Your first step

Stop asking why and start documenting what. On this venue the reason is not the lever; the evidence is.

What BitMart reserves, and what it enumerates

One of these is a discretion with no list behind it. The others are the specific checks BitMart publishes.

    01

Discretion, with no obligation to explain

BitMart states it may suspend, restrict or terminate access to any or all of its services and deactivate or cancel an account, with immediate effect, for any reason at its sole discretion, and that it is under no obligation to disclose the details of that decision.

A withdrawal placed under further review

BitMart states certain withdrawal requests may be subject to further review in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, account security and risk-control requirements.

    03

    Suspected financial crime

BitMart reserves the right to cancel, refuse to process, correct, claw back or reverse a digital asset transaction or transfer at its sole discretion where it suspects money laundering, fraud or other financial crimes.

    04

A verification level below what the feature needs

Full access — spot trading, futures, earn and staking, and higher deposit and withdrawal limits — requires completing the second level of verification.

    05

    A tax documentation request

BitMart states it may ask for tax documentation or certification of taxpayer status as required by law, and that failing to comply within the identified timeframe may result in withholding or remission of taxes to a tax authority.

One route is explicitly preserved: BitMart states that accounts frozen due to disputes or sanctions-related matters continue to have access to the applicable appeals process. That is a narrower promise than a general right of appeal, and it is the one that is written down.

5 things that will make the situation worse

    01

Do not build a case around getting an explanation

BitMart states it is under no obligation to disclose the details of a decision to suspend, restrict or terminate an account.

    02

Do not respond to a document request outside the three named channels

BitMart contacts users through in-platform messages, the registered email address or the ticketing system. Anything else is not from BitMart.

    03

Do not retry a withdrawal to the same address during a review

The address itself and its blockchain transaction risk are on BitMart's published list of what the review examines.

    04

Do not ignore a tax documentation request

BitMart states non-compliance within the identified timeframe may result in withholding or remission of taxes to a tax authority.

    05

Do not pay anyone claiming they can lift a BitMart freeze

The only appeal BitMart writes down runs through its own process, and the agreement makes clear the decision sits entirely with BitMart.

    “

BitMart may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the BitMart Services, and/or deactivate or cancel your BitMart Account(s), with immediate effect for any reason at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to disclose the details of its decision to take such action with you.

What to check first on BitMart

    1

    Check the verification level

Level two is what BitMart names as the requirement for full access and higher limits.

    2

Check which channel the request came through

BitMart names in-platform messages, the registered email address and the ticketing system — three channels, and no others.

    3

Work through the published review checklist

Identity and KYC, login devices and IP addresses, withdrawal address and chain risk, source of funds and trading history, Travel Rule, sanctions screening.

    4

Use the appeals process where it exists

BitMart states accounts frozen due to disputes or sanctions-related matters continue to have access to the applicable appeals process.

What BitMart may ask you for

BitMart does not publish a document list, but it publishes the checks — and the checks imply the documents.

    Identity and KYC information, re-verified

The first item on BitMart's own list of what a withdrawal review may include.

    Evidence about the withdrawal address

BitMart names review of withdrawal addresses and blockchain transaction risks as part of the same review.

Source of funds and trading history

Also named. This is the item that usually has to be assembled rather than found.

    Whatever Travel Rule compliance requires

BitMart lists Travel Rule compliance and sanctions screening alongside its other checks.

Tax documentation, where it is requested

BitMart states failing to comply within the identified timeframe may result in withholding or remission of taxes to a tax authority.

BitMart publishes no review timeframe for a restricted account or a withdrawal under further review, and no general appeals procedure — only the preserved appeals access for disputes and sanctions-related freezes. This page says so rather than estimating.

    When was your account blocked?

    What we actually do

Work the published checklist, not the reason

BitMart names the checks a review runs. That list is the only structure available on this venue.

Your account flagged for suspicious activity. Please complete KYC verification.

Assemble the source of funds and trading history

Both are named in the review, and both take longer to reconstruct than anything else on the list.

    Verify the channel before answering

Three official channels are published. A request arriving elsewhere is the scam this page exists next to.

Prepare the appeal where one exists

Disputes and sanctions-related freezes keep access to an appeals process. That is the door worth using properly.

    Be honest about the discretion

Where an agreement reserves the right to decide for any reason without explaining, we say so rather than selling a procedure around it.

RISK: HIGH→ We recommend acting promptly

The decision is always the exchange's. What we control is that your case reaches it complete, correct and on time.
