Your BingX account
is blocked?
BingX shows the reason for a restriction inside the account and lists the exact documents that lift it. Two of them have freshness rules that decide most resubmissions before anyone reads the content.

What it means
BingX publishes the restriction inside the product: the notification is reachable from the security limit helper on the web and from a banner on the app home screen.
What BingX requires
Opening the notification and following the unlock prompt.
Your first step
Click through to view the document requirements before writing anything. BingX names that button explicitly, and it tells you what the case is about.

The five causes BingX names
BingX publishes these as the situations in which the system prompts an account restriction.
The account may be compromised
BingX names detection that an account may be at risk of being compromised — a login from an unusual device, or suspicious activity. The restriction is protective and is the most common of the five.
Access from a restricted country or region
BingX states that where an account was recently accessed or logged in from a restricted country or region, the system may trigger a risk control mechanism. The trigger is where the session came from, not what it did.
A fully sanctioned location
Accounts in fully sanctioned regions face suspension under regulatory requirements. This one is not a review that can be argued.
A breach of the terms of service
BingX names submitting false information and impersonation among the terms-of-service violations that lead to a restriction.
A law enforcement request
BingX cooperates with authorities investigating suspected illegal activity, and lists that cooperation as its own cause of a restricted account.
BingX separates the restriction from its own P2P rules, where a T+1 withdrawal limit applies after buying crypto through peer-to-peer trading — an account holder there is waiting a day by design rather than being restricted.
5 things that will make the situation worse
Do not submit a bank statement without the stamp
BingX names both conditions — within six months and bearing an official stamp — and a document missing either is simply returned.
Do not reuse an ID that is already verified elsewhere
An ID already used on another account is one of BingX's published causes of verification failure.
Do not photograph the ID without the dated note
The selfie must include a paper clearly showing the platform name and the verification date. Its absence is a named failure cause, not a detail.
Do not log in through a network that lands in a restricted region
BingX names access from a restricted country or region as a trigger for its risk control mechanism, and repeating it confirms the pattern.
Do not pay anyone to lift a BingX restriction
The whole route is published inside the account: open the notification, read the requirements, upload through the portal. There is no third party in it.
When the system detects that your account may be at risk of being compromised (such as login from an unusual device or suspicious activity), the account may be restricted.

What to check first on BingX
Open the restriction notification
It is reachable from the security limit helper on the web and from the banner on the app home screen, and it carries the reason.
Read the document requirements before uploading anything
BingX puts them behind a button on the same notification, so the list is known before the first submission.
Check the dates on the documents
A bank statement within six months with an official stamp; a proof of residence issued within the last three months.
Check where the account was last accessed from
A login from a restricted country or region is one of the five named triggers, and it is a fact about the session rather than the account.
What BingX may ask you for
BingX publishes the list rather than revealing it one rejection at a time, which is the difference between a single submission and four.
Transfer history screenshots from the sending wallet or platform
The record as it appears on the other side of the transfer, not only inside BingX.
Deposit records from the receiving platform
The matching half of the same movement.
A bank statement within six months, bearing an official stamp
Both conditions are published, and both are checked.
A proof of residence issued within the last three months
A separate freshness rule from the bank statement's.
A selfie holding your ID with a dated note
The paper must clearly show the word BingX and the verification date; the face and the ID details must both be legible.
BingX states that restrictions are usually lifted quickly after identity verification, and publishes no specific timeframe for the document review. This page repeats the first and does not invent the second.

When was your account blocked?
What we actually do
Match the notice to one of the five causes
A compromised-account restriction and a sanctions suspension end very differently, and BingX names both.

Your account flagged for suspicious activity. Please complete KYC verification.
Reconstruct the transfer from both sides
BingX wants the sending platform's record as well as its own, and that half usually has to be retrieved before it disappears.
Check the documents against the freshness rules
Six months with a stamp, three months for residence. Two dates decide most of these cases.

Say when the cause is jurisdictional
A fully sanctioned region is not a case that documents fix, and we would rather tell you that at the start.
The decision is always the exchange's. What we control is that your case reaches it complete, correct and on time.

BingX publishes the common causes: information that does not match the ID, an expired or invalid document, a document type not accepted in your region, a country or region that does not match the ID, an applicant under 18, an ID already verified on another account, and photo problems — a missing dated note showing the platform name, an unclear selfie, or a blurry image.

Why can't I withdraw crypto I bought through BingX P2P?
BingX applies a T+1 withdrawal limit to peer-to-peer purchases: at least one day must pass after buying through P2P trading before the crypto can be withdrawn or sold. It states the reason is to prevent abnormal deposits and withdrawals, money laundering and fraud.
