What the tiers actually control
XBO publishes three levels and what each one unlocks, which makes most of these answerable before contacting anyone.
The entry level does not include crypto withdrawal
XBO states its first level is enough to start exchanging crypto, and that unlocking crypto withdrawal, fiat transactions and other functions requires proceeding to the next verification levels.
A daily ceiling attached to the level
The entry level publishes crypto deposits without limits and withdrawals up to one thousand dollars a day; the middle level raises the crypto withdrawal ceiling to five thousand dollars a day and adds fiat within its own daily and monthly limits.
Details that do not match the documents
XBO asks for the full name exactly as written on the official documents, together with the date of birth and the full residential address including country, city, address and postcode.
An unverified email address or phone number
Both are separate steps in XBO's published verification sequence, and both come before the identity document.
A frozen card rather than a frozen account
XBO publishes a separate route for its card product: where the card is frozen, the account holder contacts support to apply for unfreezing.
On regulation XBO's own pages say two different things: that it is a regulated exchange licensed in the EU and globally, and that it does not hold a licence nor is registered in the United Kingdom and does not actively offer services to UK residents. Neither statement names the licence or the authority, so this page does not either.

Do not shorten your name on the form
XBO asks for the full name exactly as written on the official documents, and an abbreviated version fails the match.
