    Your BloFin account
    is blocked?

BloFin publishes something most exchanges do not: how to read a freeze notice. A thirty-day verification window, a request for bank statements across a date range and a restriction on one specific token are three different problems, and the notice names which one you have.

    Withdrawals suspended

Withdrawals are unavailable for 24 hours after a security change.

    What it means

BloFin states that to protect funds the withdrawal function is generally suspended for 24 hours after verification methods are reset.

    What BloFin requires

    The 24 hours.

    Your first step

Wait rather than resetting anything else. Each reset is what starts the window.

    The four states BloFin names

BloFin describes a frozen account as any state where the operator has placed a hold preventing standard actions, and separates it into four.

    01

    An account lock

The whole account is held. This is the state most people mean by frozen, and it is only one of the four.

    02

    A withdrawal suspension

The account works and the money cannot leave. BloFin also applies this automatically: the withdrawal function is generally suspended for 24 hours after verification methods are reset.

    A partial-asset restriction

One asset is held while the rest of the account behaves normally. BloFin's guidance ties a notice about a specific token withdrawal restriction to sanctions or a regulatory listing rather than to anything about the account holder.

    04

    A jurisdictional block

The restriction follows from where the account is, not from what it did — the fourth of BloFin's named states and the one that documents do not resolve.

    05

A verification level below what the withdrawal needs

BloFin states the default level for a newly registered account is its basic tier, and that the maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on the verification level.

BloFin's own guidance is that a freeze notification names its category implicitly: a thirty-day verification window points at a verification gap, a request for bank statements over a date range points at source of funds, and a notice about one token's withdrawal points at sanctions or a regulatory listing.

5 things that will make the situation worse

    01

Do not treat every hold as an account lock

BloFin names four separate states, and three of them are narrower than the account.

    02

Do not reset verification methods again during the 24 hours

The reset is what suspends the withdrawal function, so a second one extends the wait.

    03

Do not send a partial statement range

Where the notice names a period, the period is the question. A shorter set reopens it.

    04

Do not use a support channel BloFin has not published

Its own guidance is to use the in-app support flow or the documented support address on the operator's verified domain.

    05

Do not pay anyone to lift a restriction on a listed token

Where a single asset is restricted, the cause is sanctions or a regulatory listing, and no third party changes either.

    “

Use only the in-app support flow or the documented support email on the operator's verified domain.

What to check first on BloFin

    1

Read the notice as a category, not a verdict

BloFin's own guide maps a deadline, a statement request and a token-level restriction onto three different problems.

    2

Check whether a 24-hour window is running

Resetting verification methods suspends the withdrawal function for a day.

    3

Check the verification level against the limit

The default for a new account is basic, and the daily and monthly ceilings follow the level.

    4

Use only the routes BloFin publishes

Its own guidance is to use the in-app support flow, or the documented support address on the operator's verified domain — nothing else.

What BloFin may ask you for

The identity list is short and closed; the rest depends on which of the four states the notice describes.

An identity document from BloFin's accepted list

It supports four types: an ID card, a passport, a residence permit and a driver's licence.

    Clear photographs taken as instructed

BloFin's verification guide asks for clear captures of the document and takes users through the upload step by step.

Bank statements covering a named date range

Where the notice asks for these, BloFin's own guidance reads the request as a source-of-funds question.

Nothing at all, for an asset-level restriction

A restriction on one token points at sanctions or a regulatory listing rather than at the account holder.

BloFin publishes one duration — 24 hours after a verification-method reset — and no review time for a verification submission or a frozen account. This page states the first and leaves the second where BloFin left it.

    When was your account blocked?

    What we actually do

Classify the notice before answering it

Four states, three of them narrower than the whole account, and the wording of the notice tells you which.

    From: compliance@blofin.com

Your account flagged for suspicious activity. Please complete KYC verification.

Assemble the records for the exact period

A source-of-funds request names a date range, and that range is what has to be covered.

Get the verification through in one pass

Four accepted document types and a capture standard. Most repeat submissions fail on the image, not the document.

Say when the cause is not your account

A jurisdictional block or an asset-level listing is not a case, and we would rather tell you than take it.

What does a BloFin freeze notice actually tell me?

More than it appears to. BloFin's own guidance is that the notice names the category implicitly: a thirty-day verification window means a verification gap, a request for bank statements over a date range means source of funds, and a notice about a specific token's withdrawal restriction means sanctions or a regulatory listing.

What documents does BloFin accept for verification?

Four types: an ID card, a passport, a residence permit and a driver's licence. BloFin states the default level for a newly registered account is its basic tier.

    unblock.exchange · today 14:37

Why is my BloFin withdrawal limit so low?

The maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on the verification level, and a new account starts at the basic level by default.

    unblock.exchange · today 14:44

How should I contact BloFin about a frozen account?

Through the in-app support flow, or the documented support address on the operator's verified domain. Those are the only two routes its own guidance endorses.
